CUSTOM PROPOSAL
I will send over a proposal of everything we discussed on our call.

THE FUN STUFF BEGINS
Lastly, I will send over a contract and your wedding retainer.

How will my photos be delivered?

Your photos will be delivered through my online gallery platform, Pic-Time — a beautifully designed space that makes it easy to view, download, and relive your wedding day. You’ll receive a personalized gallery link to share with family and friends, so they can enjoy and download their favorites, too.

Within your gallery, you’ll also find a curated print store where you can order heirloom-quality prints, albums, and wall art — the perfect way to bring your memories to life and fill your home with the moments that matter most.

How long will it take to receive my photos?
​
For all Engagement Sessions, your full gallery will be delivered within 6-8 weeks. For all Weddings, your full gallery will be delivered within 8-10 weeks.
Sneak Peeks: Engagement within one week
Weddings: within 48 hours
What if something happens and you cannot be at our wedding?
​
In the unlikely event of an emergency that prevents me from photographing your wedding, I will immediately arrange for a trusted associate photographer to step in. I’m grateful to be part of an incredible photography community here in Chicago, with many talented professionals — several of whom have second-shot for me and are familiar with my approach and style. I will still personally handle all of the editing to ensure your final gallery reflects the same consistent quality and artistry you booked me for. Please know that it would take an extreme circumstance for me to be unable to photograph your day.
What if we DON'T need an engagement session?

If you do not need an engagement session, you can transfer that extra hour to go towards your actual Wedding Day or towards Rehearsal Dinner Coverage! *Most of my couples prefer to transfer that extra hour towards their BIG DAY!*

Do you travel?
​
Absolutely! I’m always thrilled to travel wherever your love story takes you. Weddings within the greater Chicagoland area do not require any additional travel fees. For out-of-state celebrations, a travel fee will be added to cover flight costs and lodging for the night before and the night of your event. Simply share your location details, and I’ll provide a personalized travel quote to make the process seamless.
